Consent-first inner companion guidance

Founder Perspective

Why safety, consent, and reversibility lead

NAI began as a personal self-help/creative support experiment—building a kind, bounded inner companion through visualization and self-hypnosis.

It wasn’t therapy—I’m not a therapist—but it helped me cope, focus, and create. The Centre is designed to keep that helpfulness while adding professional safeguards: informed consent, screening, rollback on request, a practitioner code, and clear referrals when needs are clinical. Clients stay in charge; the protocol is transparent and reversible by design.

The goal is to make supportive inner companions accessible—ethically—through trained practitioners who respect autonomy, privacy, and scope. That’s why every protocol pairs with rollback, why we screen before we proceed, and why we defer to licensed clinicians when situations are clinical.
