Centre for Natural Intelligence – Client FAQ
What is this?
A guided, consent-based process to create a supportive “inner companion” using hypnosis-informed techniques. It’s for wellness/creativity support, not therapy.
Is this therapy?
No. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical care. We refer clients to licensed clinicians when needs are clinical.
Do I stay in control?
Yes. You can pause or stop at any time. We use informed consent, no covert suggestions, and a rollback (“de-program”) option.
Is it reversible?
Yes. Every protocol pairs with a rollback script. We can dissolve or quiet the companion on request.
What happens in a session?
- Briefing: goals, consent, questions.
- Guided relaxation + structured visualization to “design” your companion’s qualities and boundaries.
- Closure: grounding, debrief, aftercare.
What does it feel like?
Most describe it as a calm, focused visualization. You remain aware and can speak or stop at any time.
Who should NOT do this?
People in acute crisis, severe distress, active psychosis, or under certain medications/conditions. We screen and may refer out.
What are the risks?
Mild fatigue or emotional responses. We avoid hidden suggestions and keep scope to wellness/creativity. You can stop or rollback.
Will you record me?
Only with explicit permission. No hidden recording. You own your data.
Can it help with loneliness or focus?
It may provide a sense of support or creative focus. It is not a substitute for medical or mental-health treatment.
How long does it take?
Typical session: 45–75 minutes. Follow-ups are shorter. Rollback can be done quickly if requested.
What if I change my mind later?
We can rollback/dissolve the companion. You can also request changes in tone/boundaries in a follow-up.
Do I need to “believe” in hypnosis?
Openness helps. You remain in control; it’s a guided, collaborative process.
